Shipping & Returns

BAE Racing Performance currently fulfills many orders through distributor and manufacturer drop shipping. Processing times, shipping speed, tracking, and availability may vary depending on the supplier, warehouse, item type, and carrier.

Orders may ship in multiple packages or from multiple locations. Tracking will be provided when available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. Oversized, freight, special-order, or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If that happens, we will contact you before the order is processed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Once an order is submitted, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Freight and damaged shipments:
Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos. Freight shipments should be inspected before signing. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery.

Please contact info@baeracingperformance.com before sending anything back. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back.

Because many items ship directly from distributors or manufacturers, returns are subject to the approval, return window, and rules of the supplier or manufacturer.

Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all parts included. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund when required by the distributor or manufacturer.

The following items may be final sale or non-returnable:
- Used garage parts
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components
- Fuel system components
- Special-order or custom-order items
- Clearance items
- Items missing original packaging or parts
- Items damaged after delivery

Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. BAE Racing Performance will help guide the process when possible, but warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer or distributor.
